Domenico Tommaso Albanese

Start off with latin and greek lecture arrived in Salerno and started studying medical science. After becoming a famous doctor in Naples he return to Oria where he was always appreciate it for his skills. D.T. Albanese was also a skilled humanist and historian thanks to his work of ‘’ history of the ancient Oria’’. We have it thanks to bishop Alessandro M. Kalefati who produced a lot of autenthic copies, one of which can be found in the public library of de Pace Lombardi.
