Manfredi port
(port of Lecce)

Called also ”Lecce door”or ”Spanish door” because from here the Spanish entered the city after a long siege, the current form of the door is due thanks to Michele III ImPeriali which he probably modified that original one. 3 statues were present 2 of them destroyed by the 1897 cyclone, and the third one removed in 1957 because it was unstable, and of the 3 only one arms remain the one from the city.
